Hello, My name is LeeAnn. I have been raising these little cuties for
over twenty-five years. We love our dogs and puppies! We are proud
of them all and of our facilities. You are welcome to visit us, see
where our dogs live and see the parents of the puppy you are
interested in. Each puppy comes with a written 72 hour health
guarantee and up to one year for life threatening congenital defects,
at least two sets of vaccinations and sample of food. If you have

Puppy prices:
YORKIE PRICES
$500 for toy males-pet quality
$800 to $1200 for extra tiny, champion
lines or show quality males
$600 for limited registration females
$800 for toy females with full registration
$1000 to 1200 for extra tiny, champion lines, or show quality females
Prices vary according to size and quality standards for breed. A show quality toy may be
priced same as an extra tiny. If you need the puppy shipped I do ship upon prepayment of
shipping and full payment of the puppy.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: $100 for puppies $500 to $800, $200 for puppies over $800
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another puppy as long as that puppy
is not sold. Checks are okay for deposits only.
